Customer service and sales

As an intern in customer service and sales, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers, selling, and supporting our medical training products. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to customers via phone calls, emails, and text messages, setting up course enrollments, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. This role is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills who are eager to learn and grow.

Medical education and course support

If you have a passion for education and emergency medicine, we offer a unique opportunity for experienced medical professionals to join us as educator interns. You will assist in answering student questions, reviewing course materials, and contributing to the creation of high-quality reference materials for medical providers. This flexible role requires less than 5 hours per week, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while maintaining your current practice. This work requires a verifiable medical credential.

Web design and development

For talented designers passionate about web development, our web design internship offers exciting challenges. You will work on tasks such as designing and maintaining websites, improving user interfaces, and collaborating with team members to enhance the quality of our online education platforms. We publish professional training courses and reference materials for health care providers. Our courses are delivered online and in person in several countries, and we support them with a large library of articles written for clinicians.
