A policy regarding faculty selection. Pacific Medical Training carefully selects faculty who are competent in the course material they are writing. Our faculty are required to do a conflict of interest attestation to confirm there are no drug rep company interests in our course. Our faculty includes:

Pacific Medical Training’s policy for nursing participation is to provide appropriate care and counsel for patients and their families. This course is accredited for up to 8 hours of continuing medical education hours by AMA — American Medical Association and ANCC — American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Course subject matter

A policy regarding plan on subject matter Pacific Medical Training’s courses are written based on scientific evidence. Our ACLS course follows 2020 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and ECC. This science is compatible with Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation (HSF), European Resuscitation Council (ERC) and the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR).

All the following information has been approved by the American Nurses Association via our accreditation process.

Records maintenance

A policy for record system and maintenance. Pacific Medical Training’s policy for record system and maintenance is an electronic system that allows us to manage each student’s course purchase history and to follow up with renewal reminders to keep all of our students current with their certifications.

Policies and procedures for verification of satisfactory completion of offering. Pacific Medical Training’s procedure for verification of satisfactory completion is found in each student’s individual workroom. It is in their workroom where they can access their reading materials, take the exam, access the skills testing form, view their certificate of completion and access their CE credits. Completion of all of the above demonstrates a satisfactory completion of offering.

Registration procedure policy. In order to register for a Pacific Medical Training course, students must provide their name, phone number, address and email. The completion of these registration steps upon course purchase will allow them to access their courses.

A policy regarding program and provider evaluation. Pacific Medical Training provider evaluations can be found in the Student Workroom. Our students have access to these evaluations after they have successfully completed their course.

Refunds

Tuition refund policy. Pacific Medical Training offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. For your security and peace of mind, each course is guaranteed for 60 days from the date of purchase.

A policy regarding enrollee grievances. If a student is not satisfied with their course purchase, the 60 days guarantee policy would apply here.
