What you get

PMT group customers dashboard.

A group account lets one person buy course seats for a whole team, hand them out as needed, and see who has finished. It includes:

  • One dashboard for your team and their course completions.
  • Prepaid seats (“tokens”): buy in bulk, then assign a seat to one person in one course when needed.
  • A monthly report of who is current, expiring soon, or expired.
  • No reminder emails or competing job listings for your staff. Staff who enroll on their own may see job opportunities when they log in, but not when enrolled through your group account.

Skills testing

Staff finish the online course first, then skills are verified by the option you choose. Instructor-observed chest-compression checks can use a standard training mannequin or the DIY 2-liter bottle CPR simulation method.

OptionWhat you doBest for
In-house skillsYour qualified staff run skills sessions on siteHospitals, imaging centers, large clinics
Local instructorSend staff to a local skills partnerSmaller teams, no in-house trainers

You can also use your own instructors for skills testing. A group account is a token dashboard, not instructor training. We train an in-house instructor only when 20 or more people will take our provider courses.

Custom training for your organization

We can build courses specific to your policies, workflows, and compliance requirements, such as onboarding modules, safety procedures, or clinical protocols. Custom courses are delivered through LearningCub.com, our corporate learning management system, under your organization's branding.

Frequently asked questions

  • How do the group discounts work?

Our group discounts are automatically applied based on the total number of courses you purchase. After completing checkout, you will receive tokens and detailed instructions for distributing them to your team members. Each healthcare provider can then redeem their token to access their course at their convenience. The entire process is managed online, making it easy to certify your entire team quickly.

  • Can I receive a quote before signing up?

Yes. Choose the courses and quantities you want, then click Enroll Now. You will get a full draft order that you can print as a quote.

  • Do you offer custom solutions for very large organizations?

Yes, for organizations with 50+ providers requiring certification, we offer custom solutions including dedicated customer support and potentially higher discount rates. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific needs.

  • Are the courses fully online or is an in-person skills check required?

The online course and exam are 100% online and based on AHA guidelines. For many hospital BLS, ACLS, and PALS employers, the cognitive eCard is enough and skills are optional. If your employer, board, or state requires hands-on skills (including many childcare and school rules), skills are a separate in-person step. See how our courses work.

  • What if we need to add more courses after our initial purchase?

You can make additional purchases at any time. The group discount will be applied based on the quantity in each individual order. For ongoing certification needs, many organizations set up regular purchasing schedules to maintain their team's credentials.

  • Do you offer on-site training with instructors?

Zoom we can schedule. A trainer in a given ZIP code we cannot promise. Tell us headcount, address, dates, and which course. We will see whether we have a partner or we will decline. If you want an in-house instructor for 20 or more of your people, or you are already an AHA instructor with your own students, see instructor training and partnership.
