Medical instructor partner
Updated 2026-08-31
Pacific Medical Training is a national online medical certification company. We are building a network of certified instructor partners who deliver the in-person portion of our courses.
This is an independent partnership, not an employee position. You bring your own students, they complete our online ACLS, BLS, or PALS course, and you run the hands-on skills verification at your facility or another site you arrange. You set your own schedule and your own workload.
What you do
- Provide in-person skills verification for students who finish our online courses
- Lead the practical portion of hybrid courses
- Facilitate on-site group training for hospitals, agencies, and other organizations
- Provide one-on-one skills coaching for students who need extra help
Requirements
- Current AHA instructor certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALS
- Active medical license or certification (RN, MD, DO, paramedic, or equivalent)
- Experience teaching emergency cardiovascular care
- Your own training equipment, or access to it
- Your own professional liability insurance, as is standard in the industry
Compensation
Compensation varies with the type of instruction, your location, and the number of students you bring. We discuss the specific arrangement with each partner.
How to apply
Do not email us a resume for this role. Submit your credentials through our instructor partnership page, which lists exactly what your application must include and explains how we verify your instructor certification.
